1. Available Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (UK): Delivery within 3-5 working days. Free for orders over £50.
  • Express Shipping (UK): Delivery within 1-2 working days. Additional cost of £6.99.
  • International Shipping: We ship to most countries in Europe and the rest of the world. Times and costs vary depending on destination - see details at checkout.

2. Processing Times

Orders placed before 3pm (GMT) are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm (GMT), or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next working day.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery in real time.

4. Shipping Costs

  • UK:
    • Standard Shipping: £3.99 (Free for orders over £50).
    • Express Shipping: £6.99.
  • Europe: From £9.99 (calculated according to destination).
  • Rest of the World: From £14.99 (calculated according to destination).

5. International Shipping

International delivery times may vary depending on location and customs procedures. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may apply in their country.

6. Shipping Address Changes

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate an investigation or arrange a replacement.
  • Please retain the original packaging and provide photos of the damaged product if applicable.

8. Shipping Related Returns

If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect, we may reship the order. Additional shipping costs will apply.
