At J.Alexander, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our refund policy is designed to be simple and clear.

  • If the products do not match what you ordered.
  • If you decide to return the product within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as it meets the conditions indicated below.

2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must:

  • Be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return and Refund Process

  2. Pack and ship:
    Return the products in their original packaging to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or order errors.

  3. Review and approval:
    Once we receive your return, we will review the product to confirm that it meets the requirements.

  4. Refund:
    If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirming the refund.


4. Late or unreceived refunds

If you have not received your refund after the estimated time period:

  • Please check your bank account or contact your payment provider as processing times may vary.

5. Damaged or defective products

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly, either with a replacement or a full refund.


6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once received.
